These stunning Trent Tile Works figural tiles are from the late 1880s-early 1890s are paired with a gentle mottled tile of the same era featuring an ivory background and light taupe olive mottle.
These tiles feature intricate designs that can compliment many different home styles. Pictured are two different ideas for how these can be laid out in your space. Each tile represents a piece of art and home history and offers a great way to bring ambiance and patina into your home.

As laid out, the design is 36 × 36”.

All tiles are shipped via UPS Ground with standard insurance and tracking for $26. All items are sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied.

 

  • As pictured, the set measurements are 36" wide x 36" tall

    • Ready for install: fully cleaned and free of loose mortar, grout, and soot

    • Excellent condition

    All tiles are fully checked for cracks or chips, any tiles that do not meet our installation standards are not placed in inventory.

  • The Trent Tile Works figural tiles are from the late 1880s-early 1890s and were rescued from a gorgeous property in Garfield Park, Chicago, IL shortly before the home was demolished.

    The Trent Tile Company was first organized as the Harris Manufacturing Company, c. 1882, but soon had its name changed to Trent. By 1892 Trent operated 20 kilns--including six round biscuit kilns and upwards of a dozen enameling or English muffle kilns. By 1910 employed 300 workers.
